Recollections of St Kallinikos Metropolitan of Edessa and Documents Relating to his Inclusion among the Saints

The present book sets out the recollections of members of the clergy, monks and laypeople who knew St Kallinikos, Metropolitan of Edessa, Pella and Almopia.

These reminiscences are not the outcome of reflections, scholarly analyses and imagination, but are authentic records. All the recollections presented in the book delineate, sketch and paint an icon of the life and conduct of a holy Metropolitan of our time.

The documents and decisions relevant to his inclusion in the calendar of saints by the Ecumenical Patriarchate are also published, together with the sermons delivered at the first celebration of his memory and at the translation of his relics.
